Comfy yard. Have never gotten bored of the view.

My favorite spot in the kitchen. I feel like ordering everytime I sit in the chairs.
Also has all state of the art appliances. But as Steve would tell you, it hasn't helped my cooking.

Cosy living room. Gas fireplace so you don't have to deal with the sot.

The kids use to spend hours swimming and canoeing in the lagoon.

A full picture of the yard. At the far end is a varanda glide that fits 6 people. It's a bit tacky, but is really fabulous when the sun is setting during cocktail hours and it's gentlely gliding back and forth over the water.

Out door kitchen. Very convience. Not like your slaving away in the kitchen.

View from the beach that's a block away. Nice biking and walking trail. Also good for swimming
