Opposite the kitchen, not visible in picture, small Italian style toilet-lavatory(next also to masters' bedroom).

Bedroom, brand new, ground floor, kingsize bed. Ideal for children's bedroom(12 and +) as open and easily supervisable(?) from upperfloor. :)
