Give yourself a chance to slow down and de-stress, get away from your phone, your mail, your to-do lists.

The house is a small cottage with unfinished shingles and blue trim. It was built in the 1920's and recently renovated (adding heat, new windows and sliders, new walls, new ceilings, new shower...). Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms.

You can sleep a maximum of ten people (two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with ladders, and the living room has two single beds that double as couches during the day). The cottage is very simply furnished with painted floors, a few area rugs, wicker furniture, etc. All cookware and serving ware is provided. There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc.

There is a huge deck with built in benches along two sides that extend from the living room to the sea-wall. Upstairs off the master bedroom, there is a small "breakfast deck" with an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. High tide comes right up to the seawall. At low tide, there is a beautiful sandy beach.

You can park your car behind the house but you won't have to use it once you're at the cottage. Everything is in walking distance - "Venus" - famous for pizza and music, "Arthur and Pat's, a couple of good eggs" - known for their breakfasts... If you'd rather eat in, there is a small grocery-deli (Brant Rock Market)and a seafood/fish store, both a very short walk.

If you are new to New England and want to see the area, Plymouth, MA and Cape Cod are a fifteen minute drive south and Boston is a 27 minute drive north.
