DESCRIPTION:
Casamimmo is an independent portion of our farmhouse, with its own parking space, entrance, private garden, and terrace with pergola.
From the terrace and balcony you have access into the living area with a complete kitchen including a washing machine. There is a fireplace in the corner which heats the house well and comfy chairs.
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a big double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a comfortable sofa bed (for one person). The second bedroom has 2 comfortable bunk beds with the possibility of a 3rd bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with a shower. The house has a TV and DVD player. We can supply a travel cot for small children.

Gamberaia is the name of our farmhouse and family run, plant nursery.
The farmhouse and converted barn are situated centrally on our 2,5 hectares of land, and surrounded by green hills and plants.
Our newly renovated, characteristically furnished flat is completely independent on the first floor of our farmhouse. From the car park, you have direct access through the private garden to the terrace, with a wisteria pergola.

METROPOLITAN AREA:

Ideally located 15 km from Florence, we offer our visitors the possibility of visiting the sights of Florence and Tuscany at a reasonable price.
To see the sights in the city, take a coach to Florence 300m down the road through to the centre, or catch a train from the station in the next village(Sieci).
To explore the countryside and the natural beauties of Tuscany, in 15 minutes you can reach Fiesole, the Mugello or, in the other direction, the Chianti area. There are also many beautiful country walks to do and villages to see in our immediate surroundings.

RENTAL AVAILABILITY: all year round

RENTAL RATES: €400 per week for up to 5 people
€60 per day for periods under 1 week
€50 per day from 1st November to 30th March
price does not include gas central heating which is calculated according to consumption. We supply firewood for the fireplace.
