DESCRIPTION: These three apartments are located in the Ligurian village of Fontana, a short 5-minute drive from Levanto. The apartments are independent and have a large terrace, a perfect gathering place to enjoy the sultry Italian evenings after a day at the beach! Two apartments can accommodate up to 4 people, and the third can accommodate up to 6. They can be rented separately or all together for a large group. The villages of Cinque Terre are within a few minutes reach on the frequently-running trains, and station only is 5 minutes drive from the apartments. All the apartments are located in the Ligurian village of Fontana, a short 5-minute drive from Levanto. This village of Fontona, thanks to its position and small population, is able to offer its visitors a tranquil atmosphere, far from traffic and the hustle and bustle of every day life. The 65 sq.m apt. has 2 bedrooms (1 double room and 1 with bunk beds), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen corner.The 84 sq.m apartment has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. The 120 sq.m apartment has a beamed ceiling and a terra-cotta floor. On the ground floor there is the entrance, a spacious, yet welcoming living room with a TV, a bathroom and a large modern kitchen, fitted with a washing machine and a dishwasher. On the first floor there are two light and spacious bedrooms with double beds. One has a window and doors opening onto a balcony which faces the green hills that surround Fontona; and the other has a window which looks out upon the boundaries of Villanova and Pič di Legnaro. At the end of the hall there is a third bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms have large spacious, built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is tiled and finished in marble.
