DESCRIPTION:
Our home has four bedrooms, a master bedroom en suite on the first floor, one queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor, and a sleeping loft with three additional single beds. The living area consists of a spacious room that includes kitchen, dining area, and livingroom with cathedral ceiling opening onto a large deck which is the perfect place for your morning coffee. The master bedroom also has French doors that open onto this same deck. The second floor has another bathroom with shower stall and an additional room which we use as a television room. The house is in excellent condition with all the comforts one might need. There is an additional outdoor shower as well.

Our house is close to the end of a cul-de-sac which gives us added privacy and quiet. Our road has few homes on it and is considered to be an upscale neighborhood. Another desirable aspect is its location in proximity to the Village of Wellfleet. You can take a scenic ten minute walk to town which is filled with great restaurants, art galleries, shops and the harbor which has a fabulous live theatre. Wellfleet boasts the most beautiful, sandy beaches(3 miles away) and crystal clear fresh water ponds for swimming, snorkeling, and boating.

Many other Cape Cod towns have much to offer the tourist, and Provincetown is a 20 minute drive and is quite an experience in itself. Boston is a 90 minute drive and is worth the trip. Plymouth Plantation where the pilgrims first landed in 1620 is an hours drive also and much more.
