DESCRIPTION: Your choice in the Pacific Northwest. Stay right in downtown Seattle, Washington with a view of the waterfront and the Space Needle out your window. Or, travel 1 hour north and take a ferry to Whidbey Island to enjoy beach walks and a slower paced life. Our home in Seattle is a 2 BR/2 Bath condominium on Queen An Hill. The building is an older brick building called "The Victoria" and is located within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, the Seattle Center, Experience Music Project and other community attractions. But, if the big city and all that excitement is not your idea of a great time, we have a 4 BR/4-1/2Bath beach home at Sandy Point on Whidbey Island. In no time at all, you can be relaxing in the hot tub and if you are lucky watching the grey whales or orca play in the water out your front window. Walk the beach, curl up in front of the fireplace and read of book or explore the many art and craft shops in Langley and Coupeville. We love to read so both homes have any number of books for your enjoyment or use the TV, VCR, DVD, computer with high speed internet to entertain yourself. We enjoy cooking so both kitchens are well equipped to create meals using fresh ingredients from the farmers markets. Both locations have access to movies, theatre, hiking, skiing and water sports. We will also consider making our car/truck available to our guests. Really, the best of two worlds and a chance to experience the very best of the Pacific Northwest.
