Located in the heart of 150+ wineries, on the California coast for kayaking, sailing, surfing, hiking, Hurst Castle, theatre, shopping, and wonderful year round weather -- average temperature 75 degrees. 1.5 hours south is Santa Barbara, an old historical city of Spanish heritage filled with shops, restaurants, and theatre. 3 hours south is Los Angeles with hundreds of attractions including Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, and theatre. 4 hours north is San Francisco again with hundreds of attractions including the bay cruises, Golden Gate Park museums, restaurants, shopping, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiardelli Square and Coit Tower.
Our lovely 2000 square foot patio lets you live METROPOLITAN AREA: 3 hours north of Los Angeles, 3 hours south of San Francisco California.
The weather yearound is optimal. 70 degrees usual PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: England, Scotland, Ireland, Greece. PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: All during the year - anytime period for 2-4 weeks for exchange.
