DESCRIPTION: My home is a three bedroom, two bathroom upper duplex in a great area of Los Angeles, one mile from Beverly Hills. It is an art-filled sunny home with a large living room with a fireplace and patio. There is a formal dining room that seats 6 as well as a cute breakfast room off the large and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. The two main bedrooms sleep two each in Queen beds and the third bedroom sleeps one in a twin bed. The house has wireless internet so you can check your emails. There are two art deco tiled bathrooms (one has a Murano chandelier that I bought in Venice) both with showers and the larger one also has a big separate tub. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home.
The peaceful backyard is filled with flowers and has both a grassy area and seating area. There are two dining tables and relaxing chairs to sit in and have a meal or just take some sun; perhaps a morning cappuccino?
METROPOLITAN AREA: Beverly Hills, California. This is a very hip area just 1 mile east of Beverly Hills and yet close to freeway access to get downtown or to the beach. Very safe area with permit parking that I provide. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: open/any destination PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: anytime
