Our home, which is backing onto a golf course is quite large and open plan in design. The house is about 18 yrs old but is well-maintained. The balcony is a wonderful spot to have breakfast or lunch and watch the glorious parrots in the trees and be entertained watching the golfers! The house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Office, Laundry with commercial sized washer and dryer and Large living area with wood heater and large screen TV. The Master bedroom opens onto the balcony and has a TV and King Size bed. The kitchen is modern with dishwasher, microwave, etc. Both the Lounge area and Master Bedroom are Air Conditioned. We have a Billiard room and Swimming Pool.
Underneath our home is a storage area and a self contained unit that we use to store unwanted items and that our daughter (aged 28) uses as a home base at times. This is quite separate and will not affect the use of our home at all.

We are a married couple now retired who are Non-Smokers. At present we have a 2004 Kia Rio (Auto)available to exchange.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Gold Coast.

We live at the Southern end of Queensland, about 70 Kms south of Brisbane on the Gold Coast. We are close to all the attractions of Queensland premier Tourist Strip, e.g. Sea World, Dreamworld, Beaches etc as well as a short drive to the Rain Forests of the Hinterland. Sailing, Fishing, Golfing, Swimming and Walking are all activities that can be engaged in close to here.
