Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room, a small and well-stocked library-study with fireplace for your reading enjoyment, a superb kitchen-dining room with all mod-coms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, WIFI, a cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one of which will be closed during exchanges or rentals; One bedroom is a double, the second bedroom has a three-quarter bed and there is a full bath with tub and Edwardian hand shower and WC between them. Pretty front and back garden patios. Our reserved and agreeable ginger cat Pusspuss comes and goes and so we only rent to or exchange with cat lovers. The house is furnished with pretty antiques, has a stereo and CD. We are a non-TV household but we can arrange for one if need be. As this is our principal residence and we leave our personal things we need very careful tenants (maximum 3). Rental periods from two months to long-term. We are also interested in exchanges to Italy and France.
