Basement: game room with TV (including VHS player and Nintendo console), office (computer with unlimited high-speed Internet access), exercise room with TV, laundry room. Outside: deck with lawn furniture, barbecue, large playground, 2,500 sq. feet backyard contiguous to glazing bar. Looking to exchange (for 2 or 3 weeks in July/ August) for classic house close to the sea. Reliable, trustworthy babysitter and housekeeper available upon request.
