Besides the house is equipped with a independent heating and a washing machine. Sinalunga is in the centre of a comfortable road net (5 Km from the highway A1) that links ou quickly to all the Centre Italy. There is also a railway station and a private bus service to get to Siena, Firenze, Roma, Arezzo. In addition to essential services like pharmacies, banks, supermarkets and shops in Sinalunga you can have a ride, play tennis, golf or swim. And you can also rent a car or a mountain bike.Sinalunga is a perfect oasis to rest and relax in the beautiful Tuscan country; it offers the chance to visit a lot of interesting places and to admire the famous "Crete Senesi" and the Chianti landscape. It is in an excellent position to have an artistic and cultural tour, visiting town as Siena, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Orvieto (not more far than 60 Km). You can get to Florence or Rome (respectively 90 Km and 170 Km) by car or by a private bus line. Don't forget the opportunity to have a thermal bath in one of the hot water Spa, with mud and mineral water treatment, as Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, S. Albino, Rapolano (20 - 30 Km).
