DESCRIPTION: Comfortable, spacious and bright first floor apartment in a urban area above Saint Peter and Vatican City, facing a garden with lemon trees, in a very quite, private loop. Public transportation (bus & urban train, Gemelli Station) very closed by, and 5 minutes walk from Policlinico " Father A. Gemelli" the Catholic University' Hospital and its prestigious Medical School. Shops, restaurants and pizza just around the corner. What's great about the area is that you are in a very quiet place, but with shops and restaurants around, and in a few minutes, by public transportation, you are in the middle of everything. The apartment features 1 large bedroom ,an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room with a sofa bed (queen size) and a little space , opening on the dining room, with a spare twin bed. It can accommodate 4/5 people. Central heating a fan in each room, but it's a very cool ground floor ap. High speed Internet and a laptop. Italian cell phone available. It's my second home, so it is available more or less any time of the year, even for short term rent, at very reasonable rates.
