DESCRIPTION:
This four bedroom/two bathroom home that is within walking distance of an iconic town in Marin County. The golden gate bridge is 10 minute drive to the south. The house has a large backyard with a trampoline and bocce court which is great for kids. There is a roof deck for outdoor dining and views of Mt. Tam.

I am a single dad with a nine year old daughter. the house is well equipped for kids of all ages with little risk of much damage to elegant and fragile collectibles!

METROPOLITAN AREA: San Francisco

Mill Valley lies in Marin County a very nice area north of San Francisco filled with nice towns and harbors. Hiking trails are very accessible and great restaurants are easily walkable.
