This very large villa (1300 sq ft) has a large bedroom with a king bed + futton bed + bay window, 2 full bathrooms, a second extra large bedroom with bunker style twin beds + sofa, both rooms with LCD TV, WiFi included and a fully-equipped kitchen-dinning room as well as a porch. The villa has great garden views and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. And at walking distance (100 - 150 meters) you'll find the Golf Club and the shuttle bus stop to the Tennis Club and Wyndham Hotel facilities. Here, along the palm-lined beach, Villa guests enjoy privacy and seclusion, as well complimentary VIP Club Passes for the use of chairs to enjoy the Ocean Club pool and beach access with free parking area. You are also allow to take the resort's shuttle to the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Hotel and Casino where you can find restaurants, lounges and entertainment venues, 36 holes of championship golf, the thrilling Casino, the brand new Mandara Spa, great water-sports, and a friendly & fun Kid's Club. Within 5-10 miles you will also find Walmarts, Marshals, Walgreens, Burger Kings, Baskin Robins, Beltz Factory Outlets etc. and you will be 25-35 minutes away from the Luis Muñoz Marin international airport, Plaza Las Americas Shopping Mall, El Condado and El Viejo San Juan. The Rio Mar Country Club Guest Passes are included in the price of your rental. With them you can use the Ocean Club pool and beach access with free parking for guests.
