DESCRIPTION: Large updated home includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bath, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with twin beds, and an additional full bath on the main floor. The main floor also has an open kitchen and living room area with a gas fireplace, which opens to the backyard deck. The lower level has another large family room, a 3/4 bath with shower, a play room and a 4th bedroom with a queen bed. The house sits on a corner lot facing a greebelt with mature landscaping for lots of privacy. There is a deck off the back with a table for six and a chiminea. The backyard is very large and has a play fort and treehouse. The house is within an hour drive of Denver and Estes Park, and within biking distance to downtown Fort Collins restaraunts and local breweries. There are 3 adult bicycles, several children's bikes, a bike trailer and child seat available for use. Optional car exchange as well, for a mazda sports wagon that seats 6. We are a family of 4 - Emily (mom), Clinton (dad), Clementine (age 6), and Elliot (age 4). We would love the opportunity to travel more, and a home exchange would make that feasible. We're very active and love new adventures! METROPOLITAN AREA: Denver Fort Collins is a vibrant award-winning city with many activities year-round. Enjoy hiking, biking, white-water rafting, skiing, and tour some of the most famous local breweries around. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Spanish-speaking Countries (kids are in Spanish immersion school), tropical areas, beaches, New York, Washington DC, Italy, open to other possibilities. PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: Summers, Winter holiday, Spring break, negotiable.
