My wife and I purchased the apartment in 2007 and had it completely remodeled trying to retain some of the rustic old-time charm. We have used it extensively since but now we are cutting back on our travel and wish to share it with others who love Italy.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Umbria Central Italy

Extremely convenient for exploring Umbria and all of central Italy. Two and half hours by train or bus to Rome and Florence. Twenty minutes to Assisi. Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Arezzo, Orvieto all easily reached via train or bus.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Vancouver B.C. We love this city and it is a relatively easy trip for us. A downtown condo exchange would be ideal.
