DESCRIPTION:
The flat is on the first floor of a beautiful Art Deco building built in the 1930s in the 14th district of Paris and turned into housing in 2006. It has an access code, secured keys and a lift. It is situated in the artists district that has many artists workshops such as the Cite Fleurie on the Arago boulevard or the Fondation Cartier on the Raspail boulevard. It is accessible for the physically handicapped.

Lovely luminous three-bedroom flat, spacious living room with a large TV, a double sofa bed, two bathrooms with bath and shower, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a large refrigerator, four electric hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a washer/dryer and a dish washer.

We are a french family: Etienne and Pascale (the parents), Maxime (21 years) and his girl friend, Nathalie (21 years), Felix (11 years).
Etienne works in a public body and is also a painter. Pascale works in a real estate company. Maxime and Nathalie are students. Felix is a schoolboy.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Center Paris

In the area there are several subway stations such as Denfert Rochereau or Saint Jacques that are on two main metro lines (lines 6 and 4) that lead to Parisian sites you don't want to miss: the Eiffel Tower on the number 6 line or Saint Michel on the the number 4 line, for example. There is also the RER B that leads straight to the Charles to Gaulle Airport as well as the Orly Bus that leads to the Orly airport. The Montparnasse area “ with its train station, its shops, the Montparnasse tower and the famous restaurant La Closerie de Lilas mentioned in Ernest Hemingway "a Moveable Feast“ is a bus/metro ride away. Finally, two buses (21 and 62) lead to places such as Opera, Saint Lazare or the Bibliotheque Nationale de France.

A five-minute walk will lead you to the catacombs of Paris or the shops on rue d'Alesia or avenue du Général Leclerc. A 10 minute metro ride on the number 6 line will take you to the shopping centre Italie 2 (metro station Place d'Italie).
