Master has king bed, 2nt bedroom has 2 queens. Sofa can be used as twin beds. One bath is a large shower, one bath is large shower/tub. Kitchen has electric stove, granite counters, microwave, dishes, cooking pans, large refrigerator with ice machine, washing machine/dryer. Table for 6 inside, large "L" sofa, American TV, VCR, DVD, , internet. Patio furniture. Air conditioning which is usually not needed. Daily maid service if needed extra. Tennis courts, golf, swimming pools and the beach right on the property.

We are a couple who for 20 years have owned two condos or more in this complex for our large family to visit. We live in one condo 6 to 7 months a year and keep our family home in California for summers.

METROPOLITAN AREA: SAN JOSE DEL CABO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The long strip of land called The Baja Peninsula running south from the California border IS NOT MAINLAND MEXICO and is very safe from crime. Cabo is the southern tip of the peninsula. It is a perfect, dry, moderate temperature for swimming except for September and October when it is quite warm. We are almost bug free unlike Florida. It is the perfect spot to get away from winter cold.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: We love to travel and are open to any exchange suggestion. We travel frequently to Europe and England, New York and Chicago.

PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: Anytime except September and October as it is usually too hot.
