It is not child-friendly. Would prefer 2 adults It has 3 floors but could accomodate 4 adults . We take good care of our home and would do the same with yours. Our sunporch is great for breakfast and watching the birds. We have a stair elevator and railings in the bathroom to accomodate mobility problems

We are a retired couple ,mid-70's non-smokers and no pets. We're open to exchange in Italy, France or Greece in Sept/Oct 2012. We'll be travelling in Europe end of August to end of October. This is our first attempt at this way of travel.

Toronto has many festivals and cultural events. We have 30 Km. of bike trails near us.High Park is 5 minutes away for swimming, tennis, baseball, cycling and hiking. Theatre and jazz clubs abound and restaurants A short distance is Niagara Falls and Stratford
