DESCRIPTION:
Sited in a cul-de-sac with a sense of country side peace only 5 minutes drive to shops and 15 minutes drive to Matiatia ferry. It offers close access to key Waiheke walking and cycling tracks from the sports park to the Regional Park and out via the Forest and Bird sanctuary to Onetangi Beach.

The house comprises a 161 m2 main house on one level, and a 28 m2 self-contained studio all surrounded by 190 m2 of decking.

The main house has 3 bedrooms each with French doors to a private deck. The master bedroom features a walkthrough wardrobe leading to an ensuite bathroom. The lounge has a circular bay window seat, an open fireplace. These areas open via French doors to an extensive two level deck and patio.

The easy care gardens are well established - primarily with native plants that are well suited to the Waiheke climate. The lower driveway includes a large raised vegetable garden.

The property has level access from the road and a separate driveway down to a large double carport that sits underneath the main deck.

There is plenty of off street parking for cars, and a boat at both entrances to the property. Outdoor areas include both charcoal and gas barbeques, outdoor furniture for each area and a chiminea. The house is wifi enabled, suitable for laptops. Our 4WD is available for use and two seakayaks. We prefer non smokers and no pets, as we have abundant native birdlife in our area.



We are a non smoking,semi-retired professional couple with experience of international travel and have spent extended periods of time overseas as well as different regions of Australasia. We have based ourselves in London for 6 months to a year, but are also interested in other parts of the world.

METROPOLITAN AREA: 35 mins passenger ferry to Auckland city, 50mins car ferry to Auckland

Although we are in a quiet location we are close to the local airfield, vineyards, local sports clubs, beaches, walking tracks and the shopping centre. We face directly north and have subtropical weather year round. Waiheke is close enough to the city for commuters, yet retains a relaxed, holiday atmosphere with plenty of local flavour and activity.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: France, Spain, the Carribean, Florida, Central and parts of South America.
