DESCRIPTION: The house has 3 bedrooms, a finished basement, a yard and a pond. There is a dining room, a living room and a kitchen as well as a front inside porch and 2 bathrooms. The property is part of the Montclair Wildlife Habitat Project. We have apple trees, blueberry bushes and several bird feeders and bird houses on the property. We are less than 30 minutes from midtown Manhattan and the NY bus stops right down the street. We are a family of 3, and our daughter is a college freshman. We are professionals and also have hobbies. We are a veterinarian and a sports writer, and hobbies are softball (husband) and jazz sax(wife). METROPOLITAN AREA: NYC Montclair is a beautiful place with many parks and tree lined streets. It is also well known for it's amazing restaurants which attract people from all over New Jersey and New York.
