Our next door neighbors lived in our house for close to 20 years until they built a southwestern-type show home right next door.

Southwestern Colorado was a hotbed of mining from the 1850s until now. Colorado Springs is next to the foothills of real mountains (Pikes Peak is 20 some miles away. There is anything you want to do here except surfing.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Countryside home close to some hills or mountains and near the ocean would be nice.
