DESCRIPTION: 'Campo Verde' enjoys a private setting with views, 2000 sq. ft., 3 BR, 2 full baths, kitchen with all the amenities, WiFi, attached artist studio 600 sq. ft., screened in porch, wood burning stove, 35 acres of woods and a trout stream. One acre of lawn and garden, the rest is woods. This is a very private setting - a car is necessary to get to the grocery store, etc. The Kinderhook Creek, which is a trout stream, runs through our property. Steve is a retired professor. Currently an active artist, author, flyfisherman. Debbie is a retired elementary teacher. She is a quilt artist and active volunteer. METROPOLITAN AREA: Between the Albany, NY and Pittsfield, MA areas Easy access to museums (e.g. Clark Art Institute), concert venues (Tanglewood, SPAC), historic sites (Shaker Village), festivals and many outdoor activities including fishing, kayaking, skiing, and hiking.
