We live in Washington DC and built this beautiful house on the site of a run-down former general store because we have relatives in the area and fell in love with it. A second home, so exchanges need not be simultaneous.

METROPOLITAN AREA:

Our part of the lake is perfect for canoeing, fishing, kayaking or relaxing. To swim, we suggest visting nearby Crystal Beach. Near Green Mountain National Forest, multiple state parks, Castleton State and Green Montain College, great hiking, antiquing, rails-to-trails biking, and restaurants. Prospect Pointe Golf Club, on Lake Bomoseen, is a five minute drive away.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Los Angeles, New York, Hawaii, Amsterdam or any interesting beach location or wonderful foreign city!

PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: Summers, open to dicussing long-term rental during the academic year.
