Well furnished, the apartment has all the amenities. Stereo, piano, wireless internet, dishwasher, gas stove and all of the kitchen props for gourmet cooking. Large glass wall in living room looks out on beautiful garden court yard. One large bedroom with private bath and two additional bedrooms with shared full bath. Friendly neighborhood, grocery store within short walking distance and close to San Francisco State University campus. Plenty of easy parking. Parkmerced apartments are a historical landmark in San Francisco. Our garden apartment is in this area. A beautiful parklike section of San Francisco with plenty of trees, birds and open space. It is on the south west side of SF, close to Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park and not far from downtown. Great, walkable access to public transportation to all tourist sites in San Francisco and good access to major transportation hubs and freeways. My husband and I are both college faculty. We have two children a girl 16 and a son 12. We love to travel, cook and read. We keep a very tiddy house and would do the same with yours. We are simple but value nice things. METROPOLITAN AREA: San Francisco San Francisco is the most romanic, food and entertainment rich city. It is the #1 tourist destination on the planet and for good reason, it's beautiful! PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: North east beaches, Cape Cod, Rhode Island, Maine. Also Southern California. Would love home exchange in France, Italy, Portugal and Brazil PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: Summers June 1st until August 15, Spring Break last week of March and Thanksgiving week
