DESCRIPTION:
Our flat is located in the Lido, just five minutes from the wonderful beach of the Lido and twenty minutes from Saint Mark Square, the heart of Venice. The location is very comfotable in order to enjoy both the seaside and the city of Venice. The flat has been totally renovated in 2010 and the furniture is completely new. Many facilities are available.

We are a family of two + two children aged 14 and 16. Experienced exchangers.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Venice

The flat is in a very quiet area, very close to the waterbus stop. Many shops are available in a short walk (from two to five minutes).
The beach, many good restaurants, the Cinema, Tennis club, Golf club are in the nearby. The city of Venice is just 20 minutes by Waterbus.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: U.S.A, Canada.

PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: All year long, but we would travel in summer
