Wi-Fi, all Mod cons (but no TV), jacuzzi bath, large upstairs office/library. sunroom and downstairs office, fireplace, and outside fire-pit, ping-pong table in the cellar. The house is full of oriental antiques, so will not suit family with very young children.

I am a single home owner who travels alot but has a very likeable, easy and highly intelligent older cat who will need attention and a little affection when I'm gone. He loves people, but is not demanding; also very independent. I spent many years in the far east - thus the oriental antiques. There is a very nice young man (tenant) living in the self-contained apartment above the three bay garage. Car use - negotiable.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Boston

Near Bradbury State Park; lots of hiking, biking, birding, kayaking, LLBean & shopping in Freeport's outlet stores nearby, Portland's great restaurants, theatres, concerts, within 20 minutes drive, the ocean within 15min., not to mention Edna & Lucy's - Pownal's very own 'hot-spot' good food, good people just around the corner and down the street! Brunswik/ Bodowin College-> 15 minutes north.
