There is a popular restaurant in the first floor of our building - the Lobster Trap. They will deliver food to your room if requsted, and stock your frig as well.

I'm sorry, but pets and smoking are prohibited in our building.

I am a professional photographer and business owner. I rent out this condo as a short term vacation rental, but am also interested in using it for home exchanges - this works well since we can do a non simultaneous exchange, which makes it easier to set up. I have done three successful home exchanges so far - in Montreal, Montpelier (France) and Seattle, Washington.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Asheville downtown

Asheville is in Western North Carolina in the Southeastern United States. We typically have mild winters and cool summers and our town is known for being "artsy" and friendly.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: I travel to New York City regularly and would like to exchange for a stay there - long weekends typically. Other than that, I am open to all offers.
