We have been owners of several condos in this small, luxury condo complex for 18 years. We spend 6 to 7 months each winter in Cabo and return to our California home for the summers. We enjoy the warm, tropical winters.

We are on the tip of the Baja Peninsula, the strip of land on the map next to the mainland of Mexico. It is a very safe area. We have a desert climate with no humidity & very few bugs. We have two small towns, Cabo & San Jose del Cabo with all kinds of
restaurants, shopping, lovely beaches. International flights are eash.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: We are open to any exchange or rental.
