DESCRIPTION: This home, named "Allen Casa", is fully furnished with air conditioning. It has linens, beach towels, outdoor grill, microwave, TV, VCR, washing machine and dryer. Each of the spacious bedrooms has 3 beds, and there is a fold out couch in the living room. It is easily accessible to the island's many beaches and has a gated driveway. It is 1 kilometer west of the island's main town, Isabella de Segunda. It is located near the top of a ridge and has a commanding view of the Atlantic. There is an apartment undeneath the house available for rent on a long term basis. ldescription We are an older couple in our sixties with no pets, and we do not smoke. We still work. I am an attorney, and my wife, Khang, is in international sales. METROPOLITAN AREA: Vieques has some of the most beautiful beaches in the Carribean with superb scuba diving and snorkeling. Two thirds of the island is undeveloped, and the Eastern third is a US Fish and Wildlife refuge with many beautiful beaches open to the public. One can get to Vieques via several scheduled commuter flights from San Juan, PR or ferry from Fajardo, PR. Vieques has a number of small inns and restaurants with a variety of menus. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Europe and South America PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: We only use Allen Casa for brief period during the year, so it is available most months, including the winter months.
