Two adjacent condos can be used separately or opened up through the veranda to connect. Each has two bedroom suites, well appointed kitchen, living and dining areas, with stunning views from everywhere, and a long covered veranda. Fun décor, an exciting art collection, great electronics (internet and all-in-one printer, iPod docks, library of DVDs and CDs), handmade quilts, top-of-the-line mattresses, combination of King, XL twin, and double beds, jacuzzi tub, A/C, washer & dryer, plus resort amenities including pools, jacuzzis, fitness center, tennis, golf putting practice, BBQ areas, palapa bar, fire pits, concierge, and restaurant.

Due to the tax laws, this property is primarily for rent. We would also consider exchanging a stay at "Jazz Corner" (our beautiful, corner, 2,040 sq. ft. condo at the tip of Mexico's Baja Peninsula) for a stay at a Tahoe or other easily accessible, Western ski resort.

My husband works in San Francisco. I spend most of my time on the Sonoma Coast. A short stay in a fun San Francisco neighborhood might also be of interest to us.

Your options for the 300-350 glorious days a year with sunshine: relax away from crowded timeshares and hotels, participate in active water sports including snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, or swimming with dolphins, feel the sand underfoot, spread out your picnic, treat yourself to spa services, swim laps or lounge around our pools and jacuzzis, work out or take yoga or Pilates classes at the fitness center, play tennis under the lights, gallery hop in this Spanish mission town, listen to mariachis, dine in fine international or casual restaurants or cook in our well-equipped kitchen, order a tropical drink at swim-up bar on the bechfront, explor the wild desert terrain on an ATV or in a Jeep, dance to live Latin music, shop, photograph or paint wildlife at the estuary, golf, sail or fish -- almost all within a 20 minute walk!
