I have been living in New York City for eight years and I am still loving it everyday. This is a fascinating city to live and visit. It is best to be explored by walking/subway and my location is one of the best locations in the city - perfect for someone who wish to get a full New York experience. I have done home exchange before and occasionally sublet my place to friends and referrals. My guests were all very satisfied with their experiences (reference available). I would be more than happy to give you recommendations on things to do and places/restaurants to go to depending on your interests. It is one of my passions to live and explore this ever changing city and therefore, it is also my passion to share them with the world.

METROPOLITAN AREA: New York City

The building is located in the heart of Greenwich Village with some of the best shopping and restaurants/bars in the city. Just steps to most subway/bus lines (the closest subway or bus line is only a block away) and 24-hr pharmancy stores. Walking distance to Union Square, Washington Square Park, Soho, East/West Village, Chinatown. 10-15 min subway to Times Square, Central Park, Wall Street, Empire State Building.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: US, Europe, Australian, Argentina, Hawaii, South Africa, Asia, Open to others

PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: Generally weekends and holidays. I am also open to travel seasons and the length of stay (generally no more than 2 weeks) depending on the location.
