DESCRIPTION: 1800 + Sqft property on three levels. The ground level features a spacious kitchen (two ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and eat in dining area; a formal dining room and family room which leads to a sizable back yard complete with deck and hot tub. The top level features the master bedroom with a 3-piece en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom across the hall and a third bedroom which is currently used as an office/sewing room. The basement is where the laundry room, a third bathroom and workout room are located. A queen size air mattress is available for additional bed space. We have 2 dogs (Champagne & Thor), so please no additional pets.
We are 2 sisters who love to travel! We've been to about 10 countries and are always looking towards our next trip, be it a return to one of our favorite places or a trip to a new discovery. METROPOLITAN AREA: Denver Metro Area PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Europe (Western & Eastern), Scandinavia, All points tropical, will consider other locations. We love Italy and Spain so always we're willing to go back! PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: Year-round availability
