It has air-conditioners in each bedroom, washer, dishwasher, Satelite TV in two rooms, swimming pool, beautifully landscaped garden and secure property with electronic gates. Property has a part-time maid service for an additional fee.(Cleaning and washing, drying and ironing of laundry).

My parents, Roy and Lyn Colborne, who own and live in the property, are retired and enjoy traveling as they have children living abroad. We would like to do an exchange during the World Cup Soccer which is in June/July 2010.(Schedule attached, 7 games will be played in Durban)

United States from FLORIDA to North Carolina, along the coast. Within 15min drive to beaches.
