Flat is in the heart of San Francisco's mission district. Great to walk to cafes, clubs, restaurants. Also available to trade is a coastal cabin 2 hrs north of SF on the sonoma coast with ocean views, 2 decks and a hot tub. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Manhattan, and others. PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: VERY flexible. I do need the Manhattan place the last week of Aug. thru the first week of Sept. but trade doesn't have to be simultaneous.
