We have a living room with TV and piano, dining room that seats 10, updated kitchen with kitchen table, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed. Two bedrooms each have a single bed. We have 4 futons that can be added to the bedrooms or used in the downstairs family room. A lovely garden and deck for breakfast and wonderful play area for kids. We use our back deck for meals during sunny weather, as well as a place to shoot baskets, read, or cool off.

My husband and I are active in our community. Our daughter is in high school and son will be attending middle school this fall. I am a cook and so our kitchen is modern and well equipped.

METROPOLITAN AREA: San Francisco

Our home is a 10-20 minute walk to 2 major street car stations which can take you virtually anywhere in the City. We are flanked by the neighborhoods of the Cole Valley, West Portal, and Twin Peaks (the best view in the City). The Haight/Ashbury, the Castro, and the Inner Sunset are also neighborhhods we spend lots of time in given their proximity and wonderful SF street life (restaurants and shops). Located in a residential area across the street from a stand of Eucalyptus trees, we have plenty of parking on our street --unheard of in SF! We also are a 20 minute walk from Golden Gate Park. San Francisco has wonderful sites, great restaurants and lots to see for kids and adults! Our area is ideal for getting to anywhere in the City.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: In the immediate, a home, flat, or farmhouse in Italy in the regions of Tuscany, Umbria, or Leguria; and in Venice for up to one week between June 25 - July 10. We are open to other times and destinations. as well during Christmas holiday and future summers.
