DESCRIPTION: Our home is situated in parkland sitting on a private acre in Bellevue, a posh suburb 10 minutes from Seattle. Enjoy coffee on the deck , listen to the birds in the old growth douglas firs, then hit the lake,the ski hill, the city or world class shopping. Come home, have a nice soak in the hottub, sip some fine Washington wine outside by the fire pit or cozied up inside by any of the 3 fireplaces. 5+ bedrooms: 1 single, 1 double, 2 king bedrooms and private office with queen sleeper sofa. 3 full baths plus powder room. Great room, new kitchen with pro appliances, living room with plasma, new master suite with new bath. Large deck, private forested acre, outdoor fire pit, play area with an 80 ft zipline for adults and kids, and hiking and horse trails all right out the front and back doors. We are Scott and Jen, married with 2 children ages 4 and 6. We don't smoke, we have two small dogs that will visit with friends when you're here. METROPOLITAN AREA: Seattle Bellevue is a lovely suburb of Seattle with all the best the northwest has to offer including stunning vistas, water, mountains, skiing, climbing, horses, hiking, shopping, dining and so much more. If you visit you will want to move here! PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: San Diego spring 2009, Hawaii anytime, any place else, just try us! PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: Varies but we've got kids in school so best times are school breaks and summer.
