DESCRIPTION: Small quiet beach house located in a private family oriented urbanization. This two storey house is set 25 metres from the beach with ocean views from main bedroom and living/dining room. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, kitchen patio, living/dining room, pantry and open porch with built in benches and table. The upper floor contains two bedrooms with built in wardrobes: the main bedroom has a queen size bed, the other bedroom has twin beds and there is another bathroom. There is also a garden perfect for families with small children.
I am an international mercantile attorney and my wife is the founding director of a study abroad program company. METROPOLITAN AREA: Huelva is at 60 Kms. and Seville at 100 kms. The beach house is located in Matalascaņas, in the province of Huelva, south western coast of Spain. Home to the famous Doņana National Park with its more than 35 kilometers of white sandy beach, it is a paradise for beach lovers and windsurfers. We are 15 kilometers from El Rocio a town taken out of the old western movies and 100 from the famous city of Seville. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: USA, France, Italy, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia, etc PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: All year long except June, July and August
