Easy commute to Santa Monica College. Short commute to Santa Monica Promenade (or walk), with multiple movie theaters, shopping center, restaurants, etc.

I am a book designer and work from the loft of my home office. Living here by the sea is wonderful, and most days I walk down for the sunset. A frequent hiker, I love how quickly I can be on a Santa Monica Mountains trail, smelling fresh sage, and away from all civilization! Please be a cat lover, as Zoe lives here with me, and will probably want to keep you company. Also have two bicycles. The bike path along the ocean here is wonderful. Jump on the bikes and head for trendy Manhattan Beach for lunch. It's very cozy here so 2-4 people only.

Take a drive north along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway to Santa Barbara. It's a great lifestyle!
