DESCRIPTION: Our beautifully furnished contemporary home is situated on The Glades golf course at Robina on the Gold Coast. The house has full reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and opens to lovely gardens with al fresco areas and a private, solar-heated swimming pool complete with waterfalls and a reflection pool. There are two luxury cars that can be made available. Within the estate there is a community garden and swimming pool, private gymnasium and of course the golf course. Robina is at the heart of the Gold Coast, 20 min from Coolangatta Airport and 45 min from Brisbane. As an added bonus we also have a modern 2 bedroom apartment in Auckland, New Zealand's beachside suberb of Howick, which could also be negotiated as part of an exchange. The Gold Coast and Auckland are just 21/2 hrs and US$250 apart by air. My wife and I are empty nesters and would prefer to exchange with similar.
My wife and I are semi-retired and in our fifties, and there would be just the two of us in the xechnging party. Our homes are beautifully and expensively furnished and we are very fussy!
