Our condominium is located in one of the most beautiful and upscale areas of Naples, Florida. It is a 1,300 sq. ft. condominium, and is one of 68 units in a condominium complex having an on-site manager who will help you accommodate yourself. It has two bedrooms, two full baths, living room, dining room, den, kitchen, and laundry facilities. It is fully modernly-furnished and located on the ground level looking out onto a large palm and flowered courtyard, swimming pool, and Naples Bay. Pets of any kind are not allowed.

A car exchange is also very desirable for us.

Our exchange party will be 2 adults, both of us non-smokers. We would also stipulate that inside our condominium is a no-smoking area. We are both retired and responsible professionals. We have traveled extensively and have exchanged homes several times in the past.

We are interested mostly in exchanges from three months to a full year in duration. But we would consider exchanges of two weeks duration.

We are also open to all offers, at any location, and at any time of the year.

METROPOLITAN AREA:

Our condominium is located directly on the Naples bay with boat docks and access to the Gulf of Mexico, and is across a palm-lined quiet boulevard from the Gulf of Mexico and 17 miles of beaches. Naples is the southern-most city in Southwestern Florida and truly is the crown jewel of Southwest Florida nestled on the sun-drenched beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

The best way to appreciate Naples is to do a Google search for Naples Florida and then look around at what you find. You will find that Naples and Southwestern Florida are a tropical paradise. Warm temperatures, balmy breezes, sunny skies and an occasional shower are the norm. The Gulf water temperature ranges from the mid 60's January through March and up into the mid 80's from June through September. Southwest Florida's average air temperature is 77 degrees. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

If you wish to make trips away from Naples, Miami is only 100 miles away, Orlando and Disneyworld are 150 miles away, all by automobile, and there is good air and boat transportation to Key West. The Florida Keys can be reached by automobile in 2-3 hours with another 3-4 hours needed to reach the outer-most Key West. Naples itself has a very casual elegance and international flavor, and one often hears German, French, or Spanish being spoken.
