DESCRIPTION: Our 2 bedroom, two bath condo plus family room is located on the gorgeous Caribbean beach. The condo is about 1 hour southeast of San Juan in the quiet small town of Manunabo. With great view of the beach and the light house, this condo comes fully loaded. You need bring only your clothes! The condo has great common facilities, including two swimming pools, tennis, basketball and racquet ball courts plus a gym and sauna. You are one hour from the excitement of San Juan but a world away in a traditional country beach side of Puerto Rico. This place is great for honey mooners or families with children. The apartment is nicely apportion with tropical furiture and art pieces. The small town of Manunabo was rated the second lowest crime community in all of Puerto Rico making this a safe place to visit. The supermarket is located about 15 minutes away and for major shopping there is a regional shopping center that includes Wal-Mart, JC Pennys, etc. about 25 minutes away. We are a family of three. Our son is 14. METROPOLITAN AREA: San Juan This is a traditional Puerto Rico small town. Our family has been in the town for many generations. In fact, our family members use to bring food and drink to the light house care taker when it was staffed. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: We prefer warm places, or places when they are warm - open to offers. PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: This is our second home, hence the schedule can be negotiated depending if it is rented.
