The house has a private backyard patio with patio dining furniture. The owners are world travelers and the house is filled with artifacts from around the globe. The house comes with weekly maid service and a gardener. The house is located 12 minutes by car to Santa Monica and 5 minutes by car to Pacific Palisades. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
We are a retired couple who have a passion for travel. Stan is a retired businessman and Patricia is a retired psychologist. Stan and Patricia pursue many personal interests and additionally each works in the community on a volunteer basis. METROPOLITAN AREA: Los Angeles, California. Malibu is located on the Pacific Ocean, 10 miles from Santa Monica on Pacific Coast Highway. Our house is located at the point closest to Santa Monica, a lively city with every amenity possible.
