Home with 2 car garage, easy walk to beach via path, beautiful sunsets

We live in an apartment in Portland overlooking the Willamette River, Mt Hood. We use our beach home for weekends. Great hiking, biking, natural wonders throughout the area. We can walk everywhere in Portland downtown or take local free transport. Richard - retired Federal executive, Vona - nurse, still working. Two grown 20-something daughters. Moved to Portland from Wash, DC after 20 yrs in San Francisco. Portland is best!

One of the best areas in the US. Great scenery and natural beauty. Outdoor attractions too numerous to list. Beauty more spectacular than most places in the world. People are friendly and casual, accepting. Very comfortable atmosphere.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Anywhere in the world

PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: Fall vacations are our preferred travel time. For now we need to limit to 3 wks per yr.
