DESCRIPTION: Bilgola Plateau is on Sydney's Northern Beaches described as Gods own country.The house comprises of three double bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms with shower, toilet and baths in each (one is spa bath), plus toilet/powder room and then another toilet and shower off the fully equipped laundry. Lounge room, dining room, modern kitchen, double garage with internal access. Outside has entertaining deck with gas BBQ. All rooms have fabulous views which are over Newport beach, Bayview, Pittwater and back to the city of Sydney. Within a few minutes drive are the surf beaches of Bilgola and Newport and the villages of Avalon and Newport. On the other side of the peninsula is Sydney's famous Pittwater waterway. Within 10 minutes drive are more surfing beaches, four quality golf courses, numerous restaurants, boating facilities and many beautiful parks. Sydney CBD is 35 minutes by car. We are happy to leave our two cars for you providing we can use your car as well
We are both in the Advertising and Marketing fields, Peter owns an agency and Terese works for IBM. We love to travel and enjoy the theatre, dinning and being happy. METROPOLITAN AREA: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
