Peter and I enjoy a retired lifestyle. We have an adult son who is presently living in Brooklyn, New York. We have traveled extensively throughout the world and enjoy meeting and staying in touch with the people we have met on these trips. We are a quiet fun loving couple living on a property in the Northern California wine region that we acquired in 1981. Our property mirrors our interest for the beauty of life. We have extensive gardens where we enjoy the many plants and creatures that call our land home. Peter enjoys playing music and is a drummer in a band, plays guitar and the cello. Ana loves to cook and entertain and enjoys learning about the cuisine of all the places she visits. I would say we are gentle, happy, and considerate people.

Forestville Guest House is set in a quiet rural residential area. You can use Google maps to find it. If you enlarge the area, you will see exactly where we are located in the greater area of Sonoma County wine country.

Sonoma County is filled with interesting towns and cities. Most of them are about 10 miles apart. The following towns are our more immediate neighbors: Graton (3 miles), Sebastopol (7 miles), Bodega Bay (22 miles), Occidental (10 miles), Jenner (21 miles), Guerneville (8 miles), Santa Rosa (13 miles), and Healdsburg (12 miles).

Our Guest House is approximately 1 mile from Westside Road a.k.a. Wine Road.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: We are happy to consider any destination.

HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: We are retired and able to travel year round.

RENTAL RATE: Our rates are $150 for 2 people per night, every night of the year. In addition to the rent we charge a one-time-per-visit Housekeeping charge of $60 and a 9% Sonoma County Bed Tax on all of the above charges.
Sonoma County Transient Occupancy Tax No. 620N.

In additional to the nightly rental amount, we charge a $60 Cleaning Fee and a 9% Sonoma County Bed Tax.
