DESCRIPTION: We are a 5 members family and have a splendid 160 sq.meters (1725 sq feet) apartment, last floor (with elevator) of a nice Parisian style building. It is very sunny, quiet, with big volumes (high ceiling) and a wide view. 4 bedrooms, large living room, large family room, american kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. It can sleep to 7 persons. It is located close to Bastille-Marais area. It is a residential area with all facilities for shopping (including a famous open market) and for going out (Bastille opera house, lots of cinemas, theaters, bars, restaurants, galleries).
METROPOLITAN AREA: Metro Ledru Rollin (15 min to Opera, big department stores, Madeleine, or Eiffel Tower), and within 5 min walk, metro Bastille and Gare de Lyon. Lots of bus lines.
PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Open. HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: School holidays; Christmas 2 weeks; second week in February; 3 weeks July and August. RENTAL AVAILABILITY: Contact for availability.
RENTAL RATE: 1050€/week.
