DESCRIPTION:
Casa Diletta is a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse, surrounded by green olive groves, only 5 minutes from Montecatini Terme. lt is centrally positioned between Lucca and Florence, and is the ideal starting point to get to the most beautiful places in Tuscany within one hour's drive.
The property consists of three separated and independent accomodations : "Tessa", "Stella" and "Il Fienile".
The apartments are lovely and comfortable, tastefully furnished with Tuscan style antiques and nice tapestry that characterize each room in a different way.

Each apartment is inviting and has good tasting furniture and tapestry.
The Tuscan"cotto" floors, the original trussed ceilings, the antique furnitures and the nice paintings in the walls create a charming atmosphere.
The outdoor furnitures are complete for 4 persons to enjoy dinner or just relax.
The beautiful shared garden with the barbecue area is available to the guests as well.

My name is Tiziana, I am 57. I would prefer no simultaneous exchange. I should like to stay in the owner's house, but am open to other accomodations.

METROPOLITAN AREA:

All destinations below can be reached under an hour by car, bus or train:
Florence (40 km), Pistoia (15 km) Lucca (30 Km), Pisa (45 km), Vinci , the town of Leonardo (30 km) Siena (117 km), the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi (45 km) and for Children, the land of Pinocchio, Collodi (9 km) and the Zoo of Pistoia (15 km).
The renowned thermal establishments of Montecatini and the Grotto containing a thermal pool in Monsummano are very near.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: I rent my self-catering accomdations or swap it for a place in central Amsterdam, Lisbon, Prague, Seville, Dublin, Vienna.
Open to any other destination

HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: I can host guests from October to April ( excluding Easter, Christmas and 31 December).

RENTAL AVAILABILITY: All the year

RENTAL RATE: The price for the apartment Stella is from Euro 350 to 440 per week.
The price for the apartment Tessa is from Euro 390 to 510
The price for the apartment Il Fienile is from 350 to 470.
Prices include gas, electricity, linen, towels , air conditioning/central heating and final cleaning
The extra charge for breakfast is Euro 5 per person per day
